Model Meaning
Functions and Features

Normal operating conditions
♦ Altitude not exceeding 2000 m;
♦ Ambient temperature :-25 C 〜+40 C;
♦ Relative humidity: daily average is not greater than 95%, monthly average is not greater than 90%;
♦ Installation place: no fire, explosion danger, conductive dust, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration place, if beyond the above conditions, users can negotiate with our company.
Transformer
♦ The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10,
♦ S11 series transformers, also can use resin insulation or NOMEX paper insulation environmental protection dry type
♦ Transformer, the bottom can be equipped with a trolley, the transformer can easily enter and exit.
High pressure side
The high voltage of the intelligent integrated substation is generally protected by a combination of load switch and fuse. After one phase of the fuse is fused, the three-phase linkage is tripped. The load switch is available in compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexaoxide, etc. The operating mechanism can be upgraded automatically; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, which has reliable operation and large breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. For transformers above 800KVA, vacuum circuit breakers such as QCE4, QCE2, QCE1 can be used for protection.
Low pressure side
The low-voltage side main switch adopts universal or intelligent circuit breaker, selective protection; the outlet switch uses a new type of plastic shell switch with small volume and short arcing, up to 30 circuits; intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device, with contactor And non-contact point two switching methods for users to choose.

Installation, use and maintenance
In addition to the regulations required by the power department, the installation, acceptance, handover test, operation and maintenance of intelligent integrated transformer station should pay attention to the following matters:
The user should carefully check in accordance with the relevant regulations when receiving the goods.
Store in an appropriate place according to the conditions of normal use.
The product should be lifted with a special spreader bottom, as shown in Figure 1.
The product level is placed on the pre-made foundation, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room, and the high and low voltage cables are connected through the bottom sealing plate of the high and low voltage room.
After the product is installed in place, it should be reliably grounded;
The two main grounding terminals on the channel steel of the power station base,
The neutral point of the transformer, the shell, the pile head under the lightning arrester, etc. should be grounded by the installation department. All grounds should share a set of grounding devices, the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms, and there should be no less than two grounding leads from the grounding net to this product.
After the product is installed or repaired, the following items should be inspected and tested:
♦ whether the substation is clean;
♦ Whether the operating mechanism is flexible;
♦ Whether the on and off of main electrical appliances are flexible and reliable:
♦ Whether the auxiliary contact of electrical appliances is reliable and accurate;
♦ Whether the meter counts and the relay action is accurate;
♦ Whether the transformation ratio and wiring polarity of the instrument and transformer are correct;
♦ Whether all electrical installation nuts are tightened and whether the installation is firm and reliable;
♦ Whether the busbar connection is good, whether the supporting insulators and clamps are installed reliably;
♦ Whether the setting value of the electrical appliance meets the requirements, and whether the specifications of the fuse core are correct:
♦ Whether the contacts of the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
Maintenance
All components in ◊ products are maintained in accordance with their respective technical requirements:
♦ If the selected transformer is oil-immersed, oil sample analysis and inspection shall be conducted at least once a year as required;
♦ the high voltage side switchgear in operation, after 20 times with load or 2000 times without load closing operation, the contact condition and the loss degree of arc extinguishing device should be checked, and the abnormal should be overhauled or replaced in time.
♦ After automatic tripping of low voltage switchgear, the reason of tripping should be checked and analyzed before it can be put into operation again after trouble shooting.
♦ Lightning arresters shall conduct a preventive test each year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season;
* The product is accompanied by packing list, certificate of qualification, installation instructions, electrical wiring diagram and instructions for the main components and equipment used in this product, key operating tools and spare parts provided in accordance with the agreement.
